Russ Halbert, PA

Rushton Halbert is a physician’s assistant with Southern California Pain Consultants.  He worked as a nurse early in his career and then went on to receive his masters degree in physician assistant.  As a physician’s assistant in the early 80s he helped in a methadone clinic to adjust medications and supervised maintenance.  He then spent the next 29 years working for Kaiser Permanente Hospital in primary care.  After his retirement from Kaiser Permanente, he joined Southern California Pain Consultants to assist in management of chronic pain patients.

Rushton is an avid traveler and has traveled to many countries around the world.  He also enjoys and loves to ski in Mammoth, California.
